Mariam Moore is co-host of Fashion Where It’s At television show.  She is a native Arkansan, born and raised. She started writing poetry at the tender age of 10 as a hobby. And though she had an interest in it she never saw herself progressing past it just being a hobby, due to the lack of support the community she grew up in had for poetry. Fast forward to 2010 when she moved to Houston, and was introduced to the spoken word community. Mariam eyes and world was open to brand new opportunities that she was never afforded in her hometown.

Now an up and coming poet here in Houston, she has been invited to share her poetry at various events, churches, and outreach ministries. Including Gospel Brunch Sunday, Reflections (poetry that edifies), The Difference, & Ebola for Orphans fundraiser,  just to name a few. Mariam’s poetic pieces are known for being inspirational, empowering, and enlightening; as she boldly uses her gift to bring awareness to various social and relational subjects.
